How DFEC handles personal information submitted through this website.

If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, organisation, email address, telephone number and project information you choose to provide. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used only to operate and secure the site.
Enquiry data is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, to discuss a professional engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Information is shared only with people inside DFEC who need it to respond, or with professional advisers and processors who assist us (for example, email hosting), under a duty of confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by UAE law.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet professional and legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or archived.
